At Tejra Crystals, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Timelines

• Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to the delivery location and logistical conditions.

• Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the nature and complexity of the product. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

  
  

Shipping Partners

• Tejra Crystals partners with reputed third-party courier and logistics service providers to ensure timely and safe delivery.

• While we ensure timely dispatch from our end, Tejra Crystals shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the actions or omissions of third-party delivery partners.

• In the event of significant delay attributable to the courier partner, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracing or resolving the issue.

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).

Shipping Charges

• Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

• Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order weight.

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000 (applicable for deliveries within India only).

  
  

Undeliverable Shipments & Return to Origin (RTO)

• If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping charges may apply.

• In such cases, customers will be notified and given an opportunity to arrange re-delivery at their cost.

  
  

Damaged in Transit

• If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Exchange Policy and initiate a claim within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.

  
  

Geographic Coverage

Every crystal is a living record of the earth — formed over millions of years under immense heat and pressure, each one carries a natural vibrational frequency that reflects its origin. As your crystal moves through daily life, it absorbs the energy of its environment: emotions, intentions, spaces, and people. Regular cleansing removes this accumulated energy, restoring the crystal to its natural state, while recharging reconnects it to its purpose and your intention.

Cleanse Your Crystal

Choose any one of the following methods:

• Moonlight — Place your crystal beneath the open sky on the night of a full moon and leave it overnight. Moonlight is the gentlest and most universally safe cleansing method, suitable for all crystals without exception.

• Selenite — Rest your crystal directly on a selenite plate or beside a selenite wand for 4–6 hours. Selenite is one of the few crystals that never needs cleansing itself, making it an ideal energetic reset tool.

• Sage or Incense — Pass your crystal slowly through the smoke of white sage, palo santo, or natural incense for 30–60 seconds, with the intention of releasing any stagnant or absorbed energy.

• Running Water — If your crystal is water-safe, hold it under clean, cool running water for 10–20 seconds, then pat dry immediately. Not suitable for: Pyrite, Selenite, Hematite, Malachite, Lepidolite, or any crystal with a metalite, raw, or layered surface.

Recharge with Intention

Once cleansed, hold your crystal gently in both hands. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and bring your attention fully to the present moment. Set a clear, conscious intention — this is the most powerful step, because it aligns the crystal's energy with your specific purpose.

You may use an affirmation such as:

"I cleanse this crystal of all energies that no longer serve. May it support me with clarity, abundance, love, and protection — and carry my intentions with strength and precision."

Hold this thought for a few quiet breaths before wearing the crystal or placing it in your space. The more present and specific your intention, the more deeply it anchors.

Care & Storage

Crystals are natural materials shaped by millions of years of geological process — they deserve the same care you would give any rare, living thing.

• Sunlight — Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. UV exposure can fade colour in crystals such as Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Citrine, and Fluorite over time.

• Water — Do not submerge or soak your crystal. Even water-safe stones should only be briefly rinsed, never left wet.

• Storage — Store each crystal separately in a soft pouch, velvet-lined box, or wrapped in a natural cloth to protect its surface and prevent contact scratches.

• Handling — The more consciously you handle your crystal, the stronger your connection to it. Avoid leaving it in high-traffic areas where it may absorb ambient, unintentional energy.

Your crystal was energised with mantra vibrations before dispatch. Treat your first cleanse as a reset — a moment to make it entirely your own.
