Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi / NCR, India.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Information Technology Act, 2000.

Subject to the arbitration clause above, any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi / NCR, India.
