By accessing our website (www.tejracrystals.in) or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You") and Tejra Crystals ("We", "Us", "Our"), governed by the laws of India. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

• This website is owned and operated by Tejra Crystals.

• By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Exchange Policy, and Cancellation Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

• These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers, whether ordering from India or from any other country.

• We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms apply from the date they are posted, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance. The Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have valid parental or guardian consent, to use our website and enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• Our products are for lawful personal use or lawful gifting only.

• You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, scraping or copying content, introducing harmful code, or placing fraudulent or bad-faith orders.

• Any misuse or violation of these Terms may result in immediate cancellation of orders, suspension of access, and/or legal action.

• We take care to display our products accurately, including descriptions, colours, and sizes. However, crystals are natural materials, so colour, texture, patterns, and size vary from piece to piece. Such natural variation is not a defect.

• Product images are representative. Your item may differ slightly from the photograph, and each piece is unique.

• Prices, availability, and specifications may change without prior notice.

• Some products are available in limited quantities. We may limit the quantity per customer or per order at our sole discretion.

• Product descriptions reflect how crystals are traditionally understood and used in cultural and folk belief, and are shared for information only. We do not claim any medical, therapeutic, or financial benefits for any product, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise or guarantee of health, wealth, or any other outcome.

• Jewellery sizes are approximate. Please check the size guide and measure carefully before ordering.

• Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. By paying, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant gateway.

• Tejra Crystals does not store, access, or retain your card details, UPI credentials, or banking information.

• Payment failures, technical errors, chargebacks, and disputes attributable to the payment gateway or your bank are subject to that provider's policies and resolution process.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing information, and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

• Our base prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Customers outside India can use the currency converter on our website to view prices in their local currency. Converted prices are shown for convenience and reference only, are based on exchange rates that fluctuate, and may differ from the amount finally charged.

• The amount and currency payable are those shown at checkout when you place your order. Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate, currency conversion charges, or foreign transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

• Our website is hosted on Wix. Any personal details you provide (such as name, email, delivery address, and payment information) may be stored or processed by Wix in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

• Tejra Crystals is not liable for any data misuse, breach, or handling by Wix or any other third-party service provider. We encourage you to review Wix’s Privacy Policy available on their website.

• Please read our Exchange Policy for full details.

• Currently, we do not offer monetary refunds on any purchase, except where we cancel a paid order as described above or where the law requires otherwise.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for domestic orders, or within 7 days of delivery for international orders, with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video where available. Once verified, we will, at our discretion, replace or exchange the item.

• Natural variation in colour, pattern, or texture, and change of mind, are not grounds for return or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.

• For international orders, any return or exchange shipping cost and any resulting customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us before sending anything back, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

• Custom-made and personalised products (including Date of Birth bracelets) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Our website may link to third-party websites for information or convenience. Tejra Crystals is not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or services.

• Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Crystals and gemstones are sold for their natural beauty and traditional belief in their energetic properties. Tejra Crystals makes no medical, therapeutic, psychological, financial, or scientific claims about any product. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice or treatment.

• Some crystals may be sensitive to water, heat, sunlight, or chemicals. Please follow the care guidance provided and keep small items away from young children.

• To the extent permitted by law, Tejra Crystals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim.

• Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

• If any dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms, the parties will first try to resolve it amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 (thirty) days of the dispute being notified in writing.

• If it is not resolved, it will be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, in English. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Delhi / NCR, India.

• International customers agree that any dispute will be governed by Indian law and resolved as set out above.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Noida (Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh), India have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from these Terms.

• For customised bracelets (such as Date of Birth or Lo Shu Grid based), we present stone options based on their traditional association with the missing numbers in your chart. The final selection of stones is made by the customer alone, and we do not choose on your behalf. Options shown are suggestions drawn from tradition, not a prescription or recommendation for any outcome.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit (name, date of birth, size, and any preferences) and for the stones you choose. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information, or for dissatisfaction with a selection you made. Because of natural variation, no two custom pieces are identical.

• Custom and personalised products are made specifically for you and are non-cancellable once production begins, and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Lo Shu Grid and numerology-based recommendations rest on traditional belief systems. They are not scientific predictions and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or benefit.

• Corporate gifting and bulk orders are quoted individually. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and is subject to stock availability.

• Bulk and corporate orders may require an advance payment before production or dispatch begins. Timelines, quantities, and specifications will be confirmed in writing before the order is accepted.

• Any branding, packaging, or personalisation for corporate orders must be approved by you in writing. Once approval is given and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged.

• Natural variation in crystals applies to every item in a bulk order, and a uniform appearance across all pieces is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

• Tax invoices for business purchases will be issued on the details you provide at the time of ordering. Please ensure they are correct, as changes after invoicing may not be possible.

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it.

• We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, inability to ship to your address, or a failure to verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.

• You may request cancellation of a standard order only before it is dispatched. Please contact us as early as possible. Orders that have been dispatched, and custom or personalised orders under production, cannot be cancelled. 

• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Tejra Crystals harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

• Force majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government action, customs or border restrictions, courier or transport disruption, internet or power failure, or payment gateway outages.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our published policies, are the entire agreement between you and Tejra Crystals regarding your use of the website and purchases.

Domestic (India)

• We ship Pan-India. Estimated delivery timelines are available on our Shipping Policy page and are indicative, not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number. We are not liable for non-delivery or delay resulting from incorrect or incomplete details. Re-delivery or re-shipping costs arising from such errors are payable by you.

International (Worldwide)

• We ship worldwide, subject to courier availability and applicable laws. We may decline or cancel an order to any destination where shipping is not lawful, permitted, or feasible.

• International orders are dispatched within our standard processing time. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on the destination and shipping method. These are estimates only.

• Customs duties and taxes: All customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance or handling fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country or courier are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect or pre-pay these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

• The buyer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for complying with the import laws and regulations of their country. Please check whether crystals, gemstones, natural minerals, or jewellery are restricted or require permits before ordering.

• We declare shipments truthfully, at the actual value and description of the goods. We do not under-declare values or mark shipments as gifts to reduce duties.

• Please provide accurate contact details, including a phone number and email, as couriers and customs authorities may require them to clear the parcel.

• If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, delayed, held, seized, or returned to us because of unpaid duties, incorrect details, or import restrictions, we are not liable for the loss or delay. No refund will be issued, and any return freight and re-shipping charges must be paid by you before we re-send the order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or international courier partners.

• Tracking is provided where the courier supports it. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, tracking updates and local delivery are managed by the courier.

Risk & Ownership

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier, and ownership passes to you on full payment. Any claim for loss or damage in transit is handled under the Returns & Exchanges section below.

Important for international buyers: By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept that customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility, and that Tejra Crystals will not refund orders held, seized, or returned by customs authorities.

• Logos and brand identity

• Images and product photography

• Product designs and crystal combinations

• Text, graphics, and website layout

• The Lo Shu Grid crystal mapping methodology used by Tejra Crystals

is the exclusive property of Tejra Crystals and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, or otherwise use any of this content, including on social media, marketplaces, or other websites, without our prior written permission.

• Selling, imitating, or passing off products or designs that copy ours is strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorised use may result in takedown requests and legal action under applicable law.
