Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to the delivery location and logistical conditions.
Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the nature and complexity of the product. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Shipping Partners
Tejra Crystals partners with reputed third-party courier and logistics service providers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
While we ensure timely dispatch from our end, Tejra Crystals shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the actions or omissions of third-party delivery partners.
In the event of significant delay attributable to the courier partner, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracing or resolving the issue.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).

Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000 (applicable for deliveries within India only).
Undeliverable Shipments & Return to Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping charges may apply.
In such cases, customers will be notified and given an opportunity to arrange re-delivery at their cost.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Exchange Policy and initiate a claim within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
Geographic Coverage
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
