Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000 (applicable for deliveries within India only).
Undeliverable Shipments & Return to Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping charges may apply.
In such cases, customers will be notified and given an opportunity to arrange re-delivery at their cost.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Exchange Policy and initiate a claim within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.

How to Cleanse & Recharge It
Every crystal naturally absorbs and interacts with the energy around it. Regular cleansing and recharging helps restore its natural vibrational frequency, allowing it to continue supporting your intentions with clarity and balance.
Cleanse Your Crystal
Choose any one of the following methods:
Moonlight: Place your crystal under the light of the full moon overnight for a gentle, natural cleanse.
Selenite: Rest your crystal on a selenite plate or beside a selenite wand for 4–6 hours.
Incense or Sage: Pass your crystal through the smoke of sage, palo santo, or natural incense for 30–60 seconds.
Water: If your crystal is water-safe, rinse it gently under clean running water for 10–20 seconds, then pat it dry immediately. Avoid using water on crystals such as Pyrite, Selenite, Hematite, Malachite, or Lepidolite
Recharge with Intention
Once cleansed, hold your crystal in your hands, close your eyes, and set a clear intention. This could be a simple affirmation such as:
"May this crystal support me with clarity, abundance, love, protection, and positive energy."
Allow yourself a quiet moment to connect with the crystal before wearing or placing it in your space.
Care Note
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or water, as certain crystals may fade, crack, or become damaged over time. Store your crystal separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to preserve its natural beauty.
