This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which customers (“You”, “Your”) may request the cancellation of an order placed with Tejra Crystals (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

1. Order Cancellation Window

1.1 You may request cancellation of your order within 12 (twelve) hours of placing it, provided that the order has not entered production or been dispatched.
1.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Tejracrystals@gmail.com quoting the order number and registered contact details.
1.3 Once the 12-hour window has passed or the order has commenced production, it shall be deemed non-cancellable, and no refund or modification shall be applicable thereafter.

2. Customized / Made-to-Order Products

2.1 All customized or made-to-order products are created based on individual specifications, including crystal selection, intention setting, and design preferences.
2.2 Due to their personalized nature, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted once the customization process has started.
2.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details before submitting an order for a customized product.

3. Ready Stock Products

​

3.1 Orders for ready-stock (non-customized) items may be cancelled within the 12-hour window or prior to dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.
3.2 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under the Exchange Policy (if applicable).

4. Duplicate, Failed, or Erroneous Payments

4.1 In the event of duplicate or failed payments, you must notify us immediately via email at Tejracrystals@gmail.com.
4.2 Upon verification, any excess amount will be refunded or adjusted towards future purchases within a reasonable processing time, typically 7–10 business days.

5. Company’s Right to Cancel

​

5.1 Tejra Crystals reserves the unconditional right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to: Non-availability of raw materials or crystals, Pricing or technical errors on the website, Suspected fraudulent transactions, Failure to receive complete or verified payment.

5.2 In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and any amount paid will be refunded in full without any deductions.

6. Limitation of Liability

​

6.1 Tejra Crystals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from order cancellation or delay in processing.
6.2 Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the cancelled order.
