No Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds on any products once purchased.

Exchange Eligibility

​

• Products can only be exchanged if there is visible damage or defect in the item received.

• To claim an exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video of the parcel showing the damage. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

• Requests for exchange must be made within 24 hour of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to accept any claims.

Process for Exchange

1. Record a video while unboxing your parcel.

2. If damage is found, email or WhatsApp us the video along with your order details within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Minor variations in colour, size, or texture are natural in crystals and will not be considered as damage.

• Shipping costs for returns/exchanges (if applicable) may need to be borne by the customer.
